Terms of Service

1. Overview
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Mystique AI platform and related services (the “Services”) by businesses and their authorized representatives (“Business,” “you,” or “your”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
Mystique AI provides tools that help businesses communicate with customers and support workflows such as lead handling, scheduling, and booking-related communications. The Services may include features that support appointments, reservations, and related business transactions.
3. Booking Fees
Businesses may agree to a flat per-booking fee during onboarding. The agreed fee is entered and confirmed by the business user. The fee applies to completed bookings generated through the platform.
4. Non-Refundable Fees
All booking fees are final and non-refundable once a booking or reservation is completed or confirmed through the platform, except where required by law or as otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Agreement Authorization
You represent and warrant that you are an authorized representative of the Business and have authority to bind the Business to these Terms and any onboarding confirmations, including any agreed flat per-booking fee.
6. Data Ownership
Customer data collected through the platform is processed by Mystique AI on behalf of the Business. The Business retains ownership of its customer relationships and associated data.
7. Acceptable Use
Businesses may not use the platform for unsolicited messages or unlawful communications. You agree not to:
- Send messages without appropriate permission or required consent
- Use the Services for harassment, fraud, illegal activity, or to violate applicable messaging laws or carrier rules
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services, including attempting to access systems or data you are not authorized to access
8. Platform Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations of these Terms and may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we believe, in our reasonable discretion, that your use poses a risk to end users, the platform, or compliance obligations.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mystique AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above indicates when changes were last made. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Phone Numbers and Messaging Infrastructure
As part of the services, Mystique AI may assign a dedicated phone number to a business for the purpose of communicating with customers through the platform.
These phone numbers are part of Mystique AI’s messaging infrastructure and remain the property of Mystique AI or its service providers.
Businesses are granted a limited, non-transferable right to use the assigned phone number solely in connection with the platform.
Businesses may not port, transfer, sell, or claim ownership of any phone number assigned by Mystique.
Mystique AI does not guarantee permanent availability of any specific phone number.
Mystique AI reserves the right to reassign, replace, or revoke any phone number at its discretion, including in cases of misuse, non-compliance, or account termination.
